The renovation process from discussion on the needs, concept, design, actual renovation and the retification works is very smooth and professional. The team of Julia, Rachel and Yee Keong is patient and sensitive to our needs even though my request makes the actual work quite complicated due the need to cater the certain fenshui elements. Even the rectification work is resolved either within the same day or the next day after highlighting the defect to them. Overall, it is a pleasant experience to engage the team and on the receiving end of a high quality and professional renovation.

Julia was really experienced& shared lots of tips and ideas of the design of our home (all so while not deviating from what we want in mind). Her team was also very helpful throughout our whole renovation journey. Yee Kong & Rachel were very on the ball and ensured we are updated with the latest designs/site status. They not only ensured we are on track by also on the same page as well. We liked that they are attentive to details and would also explain and share with us on tips like choosing tiles/placement of items. I believe all renovations would have their hiccups, however FincHaus team was responsive & would rectify any issues faced.
